Sending by ordinary mail in Estonia is free. There is a fee for sending the card to the parcel machine. For minors and owners of the Youth Plan, sending to parcel machines is free of charge. For owners of the Youth Plan, sending cards both via regular mail and to parcel machines is free of charge.

You can view your card’s PIN code in the Internet Bank section "Cards" → "My cards" → "View PIN code".

Yes. You can change the PIN code by using an ATM of SEB.

Currently, it is only possible to buy a 1-hour ticket from the validator with a bank card, you cannot buy a discount ticket, nor can you prove the right to ride for free with a bank card. As the vast majority of ISIC card holders have either the right to discount tickets or even the right to ride for free, in order to avoid mistaken full ticket purchases, it is not possible to use ISIC bank cards issued in Estonia to purchase tickets from validators. However, these cards can still be used in the old way – to prove the right to ride, to deposit money onto the card used in public transport and to buy tickets with that money.

  • submit us true and adequate information for making the credit decision;
  • make it very clear for yourself which costs are involved in taking the credit card;
  • consider with the possibility that your financial situation may deteriorate and you must be able to repay the credit also when it happens;
  • examine carefully all credit documents (agreement, information sheet, etc.), before signing;
  • there are no unsolvable problems and situations, but there are different options – we are your partner, who you should contact well in advance even if you encounter problems with repaying the credit.

You may ask information about the terms and conditions of our credit card and get explanations both, before concluding the agreement as well as during its term. In case of questions, contact us on the general information lines of SEB Pank.

When examining the terms and conditions of credit card and the agreement, please pay attention to the following:

1. Standard European Consumer Credit Information

Before conclusion of a credit card agreement, we deliver to you for your information a personal Standard European Consumer Credit Information sheet, on which we give brief information on the more important conditions of the agreement. Please examine carefully the information presented on the information sheet.

2. Drawdown of credit

You can use the credit as of receiving your card. To use an instalment credit card, a separate card account is opened for you. Your card must be active to use the credit.

3. Right to withdraw from the credit card agreement

After signing the agreement, you may still withdraw from it within 14 days on conditions set out in the agreement.

For an international charge card and instalment credit card with loan limit the interest depends on the price applicable to the client. The interest according to price list is 18% per year. The actual interest rate depends on the applicable benefits (such as lower interest rate applied to some SEB Plans). The bank does not inform the client separately on the establishment and expiry of a special interest rates.

5. Payments

If your international credit card (charge card) has no loan limit, you will repay each month on the payment date specified in the agreement the amounts of transactions received by the bank in the last month and the commission fees.

If your international charge card has a loan limit, you will pay each month on the payment date

  • interest calculated on the part of loan limit used in the previous month;

The bank shall not make a transfer from your account, if the mandatory repayment to be debited is less than 10 euros on the payment date.

Upon termination of the agreement or in any other case as stipulated in the agreement (e.g. if your card has been blocked for at least 2 months), you will be obliged to repay the entire used credit amount. The bank has the right to change the terms and conditions of an international credit card and instalment credit card unilaterally, by giving an advance notice of two months.

The account holder may cancel the agreement by notifying the bank thereof at least one month in advance. After having received a cancellation application of the agreement, the bank shall close all cards tied to the agreement.

8. Consequences and costs of violating the credit card agreement

The bank has the right to block the use of a credit card to full extent or in part for specific transactions, inter alia, if

  • You do not fulfil your contractual obligation (such as the repayment obligation) and remain in arrears to the bank;
  • The bank becomes aware of a fact, pursuant to which it may reasonably conclude that
    - your solvency has deteriorated;
    - due performance of the agreement is questionable, or
    - the card is or may be used against your will;
  • You have not used the card for at least six (6) consecutive months;
  • There are other grounds for blocking, which arise from the agreement or the general terms and conditions.

The Bank shall release the block on the use of the card within 10 calendar days as of receiving the application of the account holder, if the circumstances forming the basis of blocking have lapsed. The credit card agreement ends when all cards issued based on the agreement have been blocked for at least two consecutive months.

If you do not make the contractual payments in due time, we may demand penalty for late payment within the rate as set out in the agreement.

Should you remain in arrears, we will first send you a reminder. If the debt is still not settled, we shall send you a debt notice, for which you will be charged. All costs related to debt collection shall be borne by you.
