New card design
We are replacing our plastic cards with a more environmentally-friendly solution: corn-based plastic will now make up 84% of our cards.
We have also updated the design of our cards, which we will be implementing gradually.

Currently, when using a validator on public transport, it is only possible to buy a 1-hour ticket with a bank card: you cannot buy a discounted ticket, nor can you prove your right to ride for free with a bank card. Since the majority of ISIC card holders have the right to discounted tickets or the right to ride for free, then in order to avoid mistaken full-ticket purchases, it is not possible to use ISIC bank cards issued in Estonia to purchase tickets from validators. However, these cards can still be used in the old way – to prove your right to ride, to add money to the card if used on public transport, and to buy tickets with that money.
A bank card being posted to you or to a parcel machine in Estonia will arrive within 5 or 6 working days. If the card is being sent to another country, delivery can take up to 14 working days (depending on the country).
For credit cards, additional processing time of up to 5 working days may apply.
