Gold card

The symbol of the SEB Gold Client status is the Gold card, which ensures exclusive servicing and various benefits at our bank as well as at our partners. Upon request, you may order also a Gold credit card. The Gold debit card has no monthly fees in the Diverse and Exclusive service plans.

Priority service at a bank office

We provide significant economy of time and faster service to our gold card holders at our bank offices. A preferential ticket is issued from the ticket machine.

Free service plan

The Daily and Diverse service plans are free of charge for Gold Customers. Gold Customers who are owners of the Diverse service plan can add up to 2 members to the plan free of charge.

In addition, we have created the Exclusive service plan specifically with Gold Customers in mind – it gives you access to a wider range of services and benefits. For Gold Customers, the monthly fee for the Exclusive service plan is 25% cheaper than the standard price list, i.e. 7.50 euros per month, and includes, among other benefits, the following:

•    a Premium credit card without a monthly fee, featuring travel insurance for the whole family to travel worldwide
•    purchase insurance for durable goods paid for by credit card
•    Mastercard discounts for travel: Fast Track and Flight Delay services
•    the possibility to add 2 service plan members at no extra cost

If you want to replace your current debit card with a Gold debit card, it will be free of charge with the Diverse and Exclusive service plans.

Car leasing

For a Gold Client, the contract fee for car leasing is 25% off the price list.

  • if you call from the number which you have indicated as your contact number;
  • if you present your gold card at a bank office.

How to join?

You can sign up for the Gold Client programme at a meeting with an expert, where:

  • we will formalise all necessary contracts;
  • we will transfer from the other bank all your settlement services, upon your request;
  • we will prepare you your personal financial plan, which helps to make the right decisions in order to achieve your financial goals.

Who can join?

We offer the Gold Client status to clients:

  • whose monthly income for the legal entity in SEB exceeds 1,500 euros or
  • whose assets in SEB exceed 40,000 euros.
