Using Estonia’s most state-of-the-art Internet Bank, you can effect all banking transactions conveniently, easily and securely round-the-clock.

How to join?

To use the Internet Bank, conclude a contract at your nearest SEB branch.

The Internet Bank allows you to:

  • make domestic European payments;
  • make international and European payments;
  • have a good overview of your money: information on your account balance, transactions, loans, leasings, pension accumulation, deposits and securities accounts;
  • Using the Financial Planner, prepare your personal and family budgets;
  • design a picture card using your favourite photograph;
  • open a digital coin jar and start saving;
  • trade securities;
  • conclude contracts for a current account, deposits, standing orders, e-invoice automated standing payment orders, debit and credit cards, notification services and other contracts;
  • specify bank card limits and permitted transactions;
  • specify transaction limits;
  • view, pay and archive e-invoices;
  • apply for a loan and leasing;
  • request insurance quotations and conclude contracts for home, comprehensive and travel insurance;
  • log in to use e-services of the public sector and companies.

You can make payments in Internet Bank within the predetermined limit.

When concluding an Internet Bank agreement, the bank sets a transfer limit of 1,500 euros per day and 3,000 euros per month for each account included in the agreement. If you wish, you can change the limits immediately after concluding the agreement at a bank branch or later in the Internet Bank yourself.

Internet Bank transaction limits can be viewed and changed in Internet Bank (“Transactions” → “Current account“). Increases in the limits within the default limits (EUR 4,000 per day and EUR 10,000 per month) or reductions in any amount will take effect automatically once they have been approved.

If you need higher limits, you can submit an application in the same menu item, but before the change takes effect, the bank employee will review the application. A bank employee will inform you about the decision to change the limits (or the need to provide additional documents) within 3 working days at the latest. If it is urgent, please contact us. As soon as the application is approved, we will send you an SMS.

If the need for higher limits is temporary, you can set a time limit (up to 60 days) for the higher limits, upon which your transfer limits will be reduced back to the limits that were approved before the change.

Do not disclose your bank card PIN-codes nor Mobile App security code to anyone.

  • The bank’s employees do not need the PIN-code of your bank card or Mobile App security code to carry out a transaction or assist you.
  • When logging into Internet Bank with a PIN-calculator, the bank never asks for more than one code at a time..

When leaving your computer, always log out the Internet Bank.

Always log out the Internet Bank by using the link “Exit” and close the web browser. Do it even if you leave the computer for just a moment. Do not open a new Internet Bank session, if you have already logged into Internet Bank. When re-entering the Internet Bank, your previous session will expire automatically.

Make sure you have reached the right page. For that, click on the padlock in the top of the page and check the information presented.

The window opened should display the

  • website address and Internet Bank website address is or;
  • public homepage with VeriSign and Internet Bank with GlobalSign designated as the issuer of the certificate.

The date of the use of the Internet Bank must range between the start and end dates of the validity of the certificate.

Terminate your session after using the Internet Bank by clicking on the prompt Exit.

Other means of personal identification
In addition to the abovementioned, SEB uses several other means of client authentication, to ensure that the bank accounts are accessed only by persons, authorised for that purpose. One of such means is a clientcontrolled cookie of the web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc). Using this method provides assurance that the Internet Bank session is continued from the same computer it was initiated. Despite the fact that Internet Bank can be used also when cookies are blocked, we strongly recommend allowing cookies when using the Internet Bank. Settings of cookies can be changed in your web browser settings.

If you do not want to use Internet on daily basis with a browser where cookies are allowed, we recommend using a different web browser for your Internet Bank.
