The Youth plan applies to private customers up to the age of 25 (inclusive) without entering into a contract, unless a customer aged 18-25 has entered into another plan contract.
3 The prerequisite for choosing the Elite Plan is a valid SEB Private Banking Customer Agreement.
4 We do not offer a current account to non-residents of EEA Member States who have a plan with no monthly fees.

7 No monthly fee is charged on the earliest issued credit card included in the service plan.
8 Obtaining a credit card depends on solvency. Joining a plan does not guarantee the issuing of a card.
9 The Elite plan also includes a Mastercard Premium credit card with no monthly fee or, in its absence, a Mastercard credit card or Picture credit card.
10 A plan member can be an adult who has a current account in SEB. Note that the services used by the members of the plan differ from those of Exclusive and Elite plan owners.
11 With trauma insurance, you are compensated if, as a result of an accident, you suffer a health problem (trauma) due to which you are required to visit an emergency medical department. The indemnity is paid for one such event per calendar year, and its occurrence must be proven by medical records. The indemnity is paid within two working days of the required medical documents being submitted. The customer does not need to enter into an insurance agreement to obtain this cover. The insurance is valid from the day after entering into the service plan agreement until the expiry of the agreement, or until the member is removed from the service plan. The trauma insurance is provided by the Estonian branch of SEB Life and Pension SE. Review the information on the instant trauma insurance service and the insurance terms and conditions (incl. limitations and exclusions) on the website of SEB.
12 There is no monthly fee for customers who live in Estonia or the European Economic Area who are using plans. Customers who live in other countries who are using plans are charged the full monthly fee.
13 The price of intra-bank and European payments via electronic channels (incl. standing payment orders and bank link payments) is EUR 0.25. The price of intra-bank payments made with a standing payment order is EUR 0.08, and the price of a regular European payment is EUR 0.19.
14 For SEB Gold Customers, the Daily and Diverse plans have no monthly fee, while the monthly fee for the Exclusive Plan is 25% cheaper than the standard price: it costs EUR 7.50/month.
15 As the owner of a Diverse Plan, a Gold Customer can add up to 2 members to the plan free of charge.

FAQ
The SEB service plan calculator will help you choose the plan that best suits you. You will find further information about the features and conditions of all service plans and can enter into an agreement on our website and in the Internet Bank, or at a bank branch if you prefer.
The Youth Plan (with no monthly fee) applies to children and young people (up to the age of 25) by default – no agreement is needed.
The prerequisite for subscribing to the Elite Plan is a valid SEB private banking customer agreement. Read more: www.seb.ee/en/private-banking
The fee is deducted from the bank account linked to the agreement within the first 10 days of the month (generally on the 4th of the month). The fee for entering into the service plan is debited from the bank account linked to the agreement the day after the agreement is signed. The new service plan takes effect on the same day. No monthly fee is charged for the month in which the service plan agreement is entered into.
You can do so at any time in the Internet Bank or at a branch. If you terminate your agreement in the middle of a month, the bank is entitled to charge the monthly fee for that month in proportion to the number of days the agreement was valid.
Depending on your plan, you can withdraw cash from SEB ATMs in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania in the amount of up to EUR 2000 per month free of charge. If the withdrawal limit specified in your plan is exceeded, the fee set out in the general price list applies to the amount by which the limit is exceeded.
Up to two people can be invited to join the Diverse and Exclusive plans, and up to four people can be invited to join the Elite plan. Those invited to join must be adult private customers of SEB, such as friends or family members. No additional fee is charged for members who are invited to join the Exclusive and Elite plans. The monthly fee for a member invited to join the Diverse service plan is EUR 1, paid by the service plan holder. A holder of the Diverse plan who is a Gold Customer of SEB can invite up to two members to join the plan without any additional fees.
The list of services applicable to a member of a plan is described under the plan type, and may differ from the services provided to the plan holder. The details of the services available to the holders and members of service plans can be found on the SEB website.
The service plan holder can add or remove members in the Internet Bank or at a branch by entering into a new agreement or amending an existing one. Those invited become members of the service plan as soon as they accept the invitation.
The insurance covers accidents that require a visit to an emergency department, and also applies to private customers abroad. The accident must be verified by a medical document issued by a doctor.
The amount of cover offered by the Daily Plan is EUR 50, while for the Diverse Plan it is EUR 100, and for the Exclusive Plan it is EUR 200. The indemnity is paid within two working days of the required medical documents being submitted. The indemnity is only paid for one accident per year.
The customer does not need to have a credit card to use this insurance. Nor do they need to enter into a separate insurance agreement – a valid plan agreement is enough.
The terms and conditions of trauma insurance are available on the SEB website.
In the case of a loss event, you can quickly and easily apply under your plan agreement in the Internet Bank (My plan -> Report a loss), via the insurance claim submission form on the SEB website, or by visiting a SEB branch.
To apply for the indemnity, the insured person must:
- go to their nearest emergency department as soon as possible;
- make sure they have access to their medical history from an emergency doctor; and
- provide the insurer with full information on the circumstances of the insured event and their medical history.
The indemnity is paid into the SEB current account of the insured person (as indicated in the service plan contract) within two working days of the insurer receiving all the necessary documents. The insurance indemnity is only paid for one accident per year.
The monthly fee is not charged for the debit or credit card linked to the agreement that was entered into first.
All SEB credit cards come with purchase insurance. In addition, holders of Premium, Gold, Platinum, and Word Elite credit cards receive travel insurance for the whole family and, as an additional Mastercard service, access to airport business lounges if their flights are delayed, plus the option to use Fast Track security lanes. More information about the services of the Premium credit card and the World Elite credit card is available on the SEB website.
Credit card applications must be submitted in the Internet Bank or at a branch. A credit card is a credit product, and whether it is issued depends on the customer's solvency. Joining a plan does not guarantee that a credit card will be issued.
Premium travel insurance, WE travel insurance, and purchase insurance loss events can be reported by filing a claim on the SEB website or in the self-service environment of PZU Kindlustus.
