Voluntary share buyback offer of AS DelfinGroup shares
A voluntary share buyback is being made to the shareholders of AS DelfinGroup, allowing shareholders to participate in the buyback or exchange their shares for IPAS Indexo shares (ISIN LV0000101863). In case of this option, shareholders will sell their AS DelfinGroup shares (ISIN LV0000101806) and receive IPAS „Indexo“ shares in return (1 IPAS Indexo share for every 7.3 DelfinGroup shares). As a result of the exchange AS DelfinGroup shares’ shareholders will become shareholders of IPAS Indexo shares.
The sale order can be submitted in the internet bank under the menu item "Investments" → "Transactions with another person". To submit an exchange order in the internet bank, go to "Notifications" → "Send new message".
SEB Bank will accept orders until 08.12.2025 at 14:00 (including cancellation orders).
