AS SEB Pank changes its terms and conditions of securities account and transactions

The amendments to the terms and conditions of securities account and transactions will enter into force on 7 September 2026 and shall be applicable to all agreements valid at that moment.

New terms and conditions of securities account and transactions are available as of 5 August 2026 in all SEB offices and on the SEB webpage “Terms and Conditions of Securities Account and Transactions”.

If a client accepts the changes, no further action is required. If the changes are unacceptable, the client has the right to terminate their agreement with the bank by 4 September 2026 at the latest. If we have not received a notice for terminating the agreement, we will assume acceptance and apply the new terms and conditions of securities account and transactions as of 7 September 2026.
