Regarding Changes to the Sub-Funds SEB Global Exposure Fund, SEB US Exposure Fund, and SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund
The management company SEB Funds AB, part of the SEB Group, has made a decision to implement certain changes as of April 25, 2025. These changes affect the following sub-funds:
- SEB Global Exposure Fund
- SEB US Exposure Fund
- SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund
The changes are being introduced to create a more sustainable and efficient investment structure.
Changes relevant to the SEB Global Exposure Fund and SEB US Exposure Fund sub-funds:
In accordance with EU regulations, the sub-funds will now invest at least 20% in sustainable investments (previously, no specific minimum for sustainable investments was defined).
Changes relevant to the SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund sub-fund:
The benchmark index will be changed: the fund’s performance will now be compared to the MSCI ACWI Information Technology 10/40 index.
You do not need to take any action in response to these changes. The value of your current fund units will remain unchanged.
