Public offering of TextMagic AS shares

The subscription period of the public offering of the shares of TextMagic AS started on 29 November 2021 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 09 December 2021 at 3 p.m.

Public offering of TextMagic AS shares is directed to all natural and legal persons in Estonia, who have a securities account registered in Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system.
