Public offering of BALTIC HORIZON FUND shares

The subscription period of the public offering of the shares of Baltic Horizon Fund started on 23 February 2026 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 3 March 2026 at 3 p.m.

Public offering of Baltic Horizon Fund (ISIN EE3500110244) shares is directed to existing retail and institutional investors (natural and legal persons) in Estonia. A person is considered to be “in Estonia” if such person has a securities account with the Nasdaq CSD and their address that is registered in relation to the securities account is in Estonia, or in case of legal persons, they are registered with the Commercial Registry in Estonia.
