Notice on Public offering of Volta SKAI OÜ bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of Volta SKAI OÜ started on 25 February 2026 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 4 March 2026 at 3 p.m. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
