Notice on Public offering of URBO bankas bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of URBO bankas started on October 3, 2025, at 09:00 and will end for clients of SEB Bank on October 17, 2025, at 15:00. The bonds have a nominal value of 1000 EUR each. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
