Notice on Public offering of UAB Sostinės Bokštai bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of UAB Sostinės Bokštai started on 30 April 2024 at 9:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 14 May 2024 at 15:00. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR each, the maturity date of 18 May 2027 and twice a year paid annual interest rate on the nominal value equal to 6% (fixed) + 6M EURIBOR (variable) per annum. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia.
