Notice on Public offering of UAB KAITA Living bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of UAB KAITA Living started on June 23, 2025, at 09:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on July 11, 2025, at 15:00. The bonds have a nominal value of 1000 EUR each and a fixed interest rate paid semi-annually. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
