Notice on Public offering of UAB CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND bonds

The subscription period for the bonds of UAB CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND started on 3 February 2026 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 9 February 2026 at 3 p.m. Bond’s nominal value is 1000 EUR. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
