Notice on Public offering of AS Grenardi Group bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of AS Grenardi Group started on 25 March 2024 at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 15 April 2024 at 13:30. Bond’s nominal value is 100 EUR each, the maturity date of 16 April 2027 and monthly paid fixed interest rate of 10% per annum. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia.
