Notice on Public offering of Eesti Energia AS bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of Eesti Energia AS started on May 20, 2025, at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Bank on May 30, 2025, at 15:00. The bonds have a nominal value of 1000 EUR each. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
