Notice on Public offering of Arco Vara AS bonds
The subscription period for the bonds of Arco Vara AS started on September 10, 2025, at 10:00 and will end for clients of SEB Bank on September 19, 2025, at 14:00. The bonds have a nominal value of 100 EUR each. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
