Notice on Public offering of Apollo Group OÜ bonds

The subscription period for the bonds of Apollo Group OÜ started on 3 March 2026 at 10 a.m and will end for clients of SEB Pank on 16 March 2026 at 3 p.m. Bond’s nominal value is 500 EUR. The offering will be targeted to all retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
