Notice of changing nominal value of LHV Group shares and new ISIN code

We wish to inform you that AS LHV Group has decided to change the nominal value of LHV Group shares (ISIN: EE3100073644) from 1 euro to 0.1 euro. The shares with the new nominal value will be assigned a new ISIN EE3100102203. As a result of the change in the nominal value of a share, the number of LHV Group’s shares will be increased Tenfold, but it does not entail a change in the size of the share capital. 

LHV Group will close the list of shareholders, whose shares will go through the reduction of nominal value presumably on 1 July 2022 at the end of the working day of the settlement system and first trading day with the shares with new ISIN will start presumably on 5 July 2022.
