Notice of changes to SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund

SEB Fund 3 - SEB Technology Fund will focus on companies that enable the use and/or development of artificial intelligence (AI). As of 29 June 2023 the fund will change its name to SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund.

Summary of changes 

• New investment focus: Through the new focus, the sub-fund will solely focus on companies that enable the use and/or development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
• New name: The sub-fund will change its name from SEB Fund 3 – SEB Technology Fund to SEB Fund 3 – SEB Artificial Intelligence Fund to reflect the new focus. 
• Higher sustainability classification: After the change, the sub-fund will be classified as Article 8 of the SFDR, which means that it promotes environmental and social characteristics. It will also have a minimum proportion of 10% of sustainable investments. 

You are not required to act due to these changes, and the value of your units in the sub-fund will not be affected, but it is important for you to be aware of the changes. If you do not wish to remain invested in the sub-fund, you may redeem your units free of charge by 28 June 2023.
