Notice to unitholders: SEB Fund 2 - SEB Nordic Focus Fund and SEB Fund 1 - SEB Nordic Fund

We wish to inform you that SEB Fund 2 - SEB Nordic Focus Fund (C-EUR LU0324984854) will be merged into SEB Fund 1 - SEB Nordic Fund (C-EUR LU0030165871).
The Merger take effect on 21 September 2018 and new fund will be renamed SEB Fund 1 - SEB Sustainability Nordic Fund (C-EUR LU0030165871).

SEB Sustainability Nordic Fund aims to contribute to businesses that contribute to a sustainable environmental development, following the principles as set by the Management Company.

Unitholders of both funds who do not wish to be included in the Merger are entitled to request, free of charge, the redemption of their shares until 14 September 2018 15.00.
