Management fee of SEB Conservative Pension Fund to decrease

AS SEB Varahaldus notifies that the terms and conditions of SEB Conservative Pension Fund will change. The change to terms and conditions has been registered with the Estonian Financial Supervision  Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) Management Board resolution No. 4.1-1/185 from 28 November 2016.

The amendment in the terms and conditions will enter into force on 1 January 2017.conditions.

According to the amendment, the management fee of the SEB Conservative Pension fund was reduced to 0.49%, from 0.95%, of the market value of the fund’s assets. You can review the changed terms and conditions starting from 1 December 2016 on the homepage of SEB at www.seb.ee/funds and at SEB branches in Estonia.

Unit holders have a right to get explanations on the importance of the amendment made to the terms and conditions.
