Notification about the intention to liquidate UCITS funds, managed by AS SEB Varahaldus

We would like to inform that due to the decreased interest of investors and low sales potential of funds we have decided to liquidate the following UCITS funds:

SEB Growth Fund
SEB Active Fund of Funds
SEB Dynamic Fund of Funds
SEB Balanced Fund of Funds

We shall start with the liquidation of the funds after receiving a respective permission from the Financial Supervision Authority. Until then you can make transactions with the fund units in a usual manner, including resell the fund units at your chosen time. Starting from today, it is possible to redeem the units without redemption fee. After receiving a permission from the Financial Supervision Authority, we shall publish the liquidation notice of fund in the daily newspaper Eesti Päevaleht and on the SEB website www.seb.ee/fondid and shall end accepting the transaction orders. This means that it will not be possible to make any purchase, sale and conversion transactions until the assets of the funds to be liquidated are distributed. Liquidation of the fund may take three to six months.
