Announcement on the liquidation of the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund

AS SEB Varahaldus (Registry code 10035169, seat and postal address Tornimäe 2, 15010 Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) hereby announces the liquidation of the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund. The depositary of the fund is AS SEB Pank.

The Financial Supervision Authority issued a liquidation permission with its decision No. 4.1-1/54 of 11 April 2016.

Liquidation proceedings will commence on the day following the publication of this announcement. We ask the creditors of the fund to file their claims against the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund the latest by 20 June 2016 (included).

Please send the digitally signed creditors’ claims and other petitions in regard to the liquidation of the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund to fondid@seb.ee or by registered mail to the postal address of AS SEB Varahaldus.

Once all liquidation acts have been performed, the supervisory board of the management company shall approve the final balance sheet and a plan for distribution of the assets of the fund. The management company shall publish a notice concerning the distribution of the assets subject to distribution in the daily newspaper Eesti Päevaleht and on its website at http://www.seb.ee/eng/savings-and-investments/investments/investment-funds.

Fund unit-holders do not have to take any additional action.
