Notice to shareholders/unitholders: SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Europe Chance/Risk Fund to merge into SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Fund

SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Fund - Class C (EUR) ISIN LU0030166507

We wish to inform investors who own shares in SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Europe Chance/Risk Fund or units in SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Fund that the two sub funds will be merged as of 9 October 2015. The merger will be achieved by absorption. When the merger is implemented, SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Europe Chance/Risk Fund will no longer exist.

Any shareholders/unitholders of both funds who do not wish to be included in the Merger are entitled to request, free of charge, the redemption of their shares during a period of thirty (30) days as of the date of this notice to shareholders, i.e. between 4 September 2015 and 5 October 2015.
