Securities accounts

In order to carry out securities transactions, you need to open a securities account. You can open a securities account of the Baltic or the bank’s internal securities account.

Use the bank’s internal securities account for holding the securities not settled in Baltic Depository (e.g. foreign securities and the funds managed by SEB Varahaldus) and carrying our transactions with the same.

Use the Baltic securities account for holding the securities settled in Baltic Depository (e.g. Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian securities) and for carrying out transactions.

In general, you have to enter into a securities account contract to perform securities transactions. The following terms and conditions apply to the contract:
