Seamlessly make and receive payments to and from people in your contact list by linking your SEB account number to your phone number.
While your SEB account is not linked, available contacts will not be shown and you will not appear as able to receive instant payments for others who have you in their contact list.

Enable payments to phone number in SEB mobile app:
Press on "Money request" or "Make payment" – "Contacts" and "Set up".

Enter your phone number.

We will send you a message with a confirmation code – enter it.

Select the account you want to link with your phone number and press "Next".

Read and confirm the service's terms and conditions.

1. Does account and phone number has to be linked only once?
After linking your number, you will permanently unlock request and payment functionality as long as your SEB account is linked to your phone number.
2. How many accounts can be linked to phone number?
Only one account can be linked to one phone number. That means, that for contact list payments to work, phone number has to stay linked only to your SEB account and can't be linked to different accounts also in other banks, as that would replace SEB account.
3. To which bank customer accounts transfers can be made.
Currently payments can be made to SEB Latvia and SEB Estonia, Swedbank Latvia and Estonia, Citadele Latvia, LHV, Coop.
4. How can phone number or account can be changed or removed?
Payment to phone number settings like number, linked account can be edited or disabled in app's settings. To do so, press the dots in right corner – Settings – Payments to phone number.
Saving money in the mobile app – standing payment order to a savings deposit
Up to five saving goals can be set in the mobile application. A motivating photo, and keyword can be added to each goal and automatic standing payments can be set up for a savings deposit to create a savings habit. With the calculator, you can calculate the amount and frequency of fixed payments required to reach your goal.

1. How to withdraw money or close a savings goal?
You can either withdraw money and keep the savings goal active or terminate the savings goal altogether. Press the dots in savings goal's upper right corner and then select between the 2 options: "Withdraw money" to withdraw all or a part of the saved-up money or "Stop saving" to terminate the savings goal and withdraw all the money. Then we will take you to the internet bank where you will need to confirm your choice with an authorisation tool – Smart-ID or a code calculator.

2. Can standing orders work together with the Digital coin jar?
Yes, it is possible. However, while you can set-up standing orders for all your savings goals, the Digital coin jar can only be linked to a single savings goal. This means that only one savings goal can use the Digital coin jar's functionality of rounding up your card payments to the next full euro and transferring the difference between rounded and paid sum to your savings deposit.
3. What happens if I do not reach my savings goal on time?
We will notify you in the app if we notice that you might not reach your goal on time. Then you can change the target date or review the funding.
First, open the app and press the dots in the upper right corner. At the bottom of the menu, check if you have the latest app's version – 4.0.49. If necessary, download the update from Google Play or App Store.
To create a new savings goal:
Press on the "Savings" tab. Then select "Create a goal" and follow the setup steps.

To update an existing savings goal that has an enabled Digital coin jar:
Press on the "Savings" tab. Select the goal you want to update with a standing order. Scroll down and press "Learn more and set up" under the standing order section. Then follow the setup steps.

To edit or disable an automatic payment:
Press on the "Savings" tab. Select the goal you want to edit. Press the dots next to the standing order in the right corner of section "Funding". Then edit or disable the standing order.

Your investment portfolio is now viable in mobile app
Now you can also view all your investments in the mobile app's new "Investments" tab.
All your savings deposits are moved from main screen and are viewable more conveniently in one place together with your savings goals – under the "Savings" tab.

Coin Jar is free for everyone
Digital Coin Jar enables those, who so far have not found a way to save, to start doing it now. At the end of each day, the Digital Coin Jar rounds up your debit card payments to the next full euro and transfers the difference between the rounded and paid sum by next morning from your current account to the savings deposit. This way saving will become easier than ever before.
SEB Mobile Bank is a simple, convenient and secure app, where you can:

transfer money fast to a person, whose contacts are in your phonebook and who also is a user of the SEB Mobile Bank app;

For initial registration, the means of authentication of Internet Bank are used.
After authentication, you can create a 4-digit PIN and enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code, to complete the registration. Next time you can log in by using your PIN. If your phone also has biometric options for locking, you can use either your fingerprint or Apple Face ID for opening the app.

Frequently asked questions
How to enter the Internet Bank for Business?
At the top of the app you can see the username and an arrow next to it. By pressing the arrow, you can move to the private client view.
How to make predefined payments?
By entering the name of the beneficiary, the app suggests matches from predefined and recent payments.
How to change the payment account?
If you would like to change the account of payment, press on your personal account and choose the account from which you would like to initiate the payment. If you would like to change the account tied to your phone number (account, where money is received), you can do it under settings.
What if the functionality offered by the app is not enough?
Then you can proceed directly to Internet Bank without the need to log in again. For that, click the 9-dot menu in the upper right corner of the app and press the link "Internet Bank".
