Strategic collaborations form an important part of SEB’s approach to fostering innovation, supporting entrepreneurship, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. By engaging in partnerships that combine knowledge, expertise, and networks, SEB aims to create opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable business practices.
Among SEB’s key collaborations are:
Latitude59
SEB is a long-term partner of Latitude59, the premier startup and technology conference in Estonia. In 2024 and 2025, SEB introduced the SEB Podcast Stage: a format inspired by Estonia’s leading “Nestor & Koppel” podcast, bringing candid discussions on themes such as AI, women in tech, and startup resilience directly into the heart of the conference.
Beyond content formats, SEB helps facilitate meaningful engagement through workshops and its dedicated lounge, offering startups opportunities to explore venture debt—an innovative financing model launched in 2024 that enables growth without diluting equity or yielding board seats. Latitude59 is a platform that connects SEB with forward-looking entrepreneurs and ecosystem to co-create long-term value.
Innovation Leaders Club
Co-founded by SEB together with Tehnopol’s Research and Business Campus, the Club unites Estonia’s innovation executives in a membership-driven community focused on accelerating open innovation and driving competitive capacity.
Through regular company visits, case-studies and workshops, the Club provides practitioners with peer-to-peer learning opportunities and tools for implementing innovation, while facilitating contacts and collaboration between startups and established players.
