Request for company vehicle comprehensive motor insurance

Before requesting an offer and taking out the contract, read the insurance service information document of comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and motor third party liability insurance, the terms and conditions of comprehensive motor vehicle insurance A300/2017, the general terms and conditions of insurance of PZU* U100/2020. Motor third party liability insurance is regulated by the Traffic Insurance Act. If necessary, consult a specialist of PZU at the customer service line (+372) 622 4545.

An insurance agent is paid an agency fee for mediating the insurance, which is included in the insurance premium. The agency fee payable to the agent by PZU Kindlustus for optional motor vehicle insurance is 16.7% of the insurance premium and for motor third party liability insurance 14% of the premium.

Processing of personal data

By accepting PZU’s insurance offer and concluding an insurance contract with PZU through AS SEB Liising, you confirm to PZU Kindlustus that you have understood PZU’s principles of processing personal data, which can be found on the website of PZU.

Information subject to banking secrecy and confidential information

By agreeing to conclude the insurance contract, the policyholder gives its consent to AS SEB Liising for forwarding the data (incl. information subject to banking secrecy and confidential information) to PZU for achieving the purpose of performing the insurance contract.

Notification on the resolving of disputes, financial supervision and the law applicable to the contract

Any complaint related to the insurance contract shall be forwarded by e-mail at info@pzu.ee or by post to PZU Kindlustus at Pärnu mnt 141, 11314 Tallinn. A response to the complaint is sent within 15 working days at the latest, unless the person who lodged the complaint is informed otherwise. In order to resolve the disputes arising from an insurance contract, you may contact the insurance conciliation body, operated by the Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund at Mustamäe tee 46, 10621 Tallinn. More detailed information is available on the webpage of Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund.

A client who is a consumer has a right to lodge a complaint also with the Consumer Disputes Committee, operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Sõle 23a, 10614 Tallinn; www.ttja.ee) at: Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn; phone +372 620 1920 ; avaldus@komisjon.ee. The policyholder has the right to make a complaint on the activity of the insurer to the Financial Supervisory Authority, located at Sakala 4, 15030 Tallinn. More detailed information about financial supervision is available on the webpage of the Financial Supervision Authority.

The law effective in the Republic of Estonia shall be applied to the insurance contract.
