The insurance agent receives an agency fee for insurance mediation, which is included in the insurance premium. The home insurance commission paid by PZU to the insurance agent is 26.7% of the insurance premium.
Consent for processing personal data
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by requesting an insurance offer from PZU* via AS SEB Pank, you as a policyholder authorise PZU to process (incl. to forward to AS SEB Pank) all data (incl. personal data) specified about you in the insurance applications or offers or provided to PZU during your previous client relationship for the performance of the insurance contract within the extent. You may view the principles of personal data processing on the website of PZU.
As a policyholder, who is a natural person, you have the right to obtain from PZU as the controller of personal data at any time information about your personal data and the purpose of using the same and demand rectification of inaccurate data, as well demand at any time termination of processing your personal data, unless otherwise provided by law.
Notification on the resolving of disputes, financial supervision and the law applicable to the contract
Any complaint related to the insurance contract shall be forwarded by e-mail at email@example.com or by post to PZU Kindlustus at Pärnu mnt 141, 11314 Tallinn. A response to the complaint is sent within 7 working days at the latest, unless the person who lodged the complaint is informed otherwise.
