Changes in the price list and terms and conditions

We are renewing our service plans this spring, and due to this, changes to the price list and the terms and conditions of debit and credit card agreements and the Private and Business Customer Service Plan agreements will come into force from 16 April.

The most important change in the price list concerns the price of payments, as we are harmonizing the prices of European and internal payments in electronic channels. While the service fee for a European payment has been €0.38 and the fee for an internal payment €0.16, from 16 April, the fee for both payments will be €0.25. For both private and business customers, settlements will still be significantly cheaper with a plan.

For private customers, we will lower the limit for free cash withdrawals from €1,000 to €600. With a service plan, the limit will remain higher.

New service plans from 16 April 2024

Taking into account feedback from customers, we will update our service plans this spring to include a wider range of services and benefits.

New service plans will be available from 16 April, and the current plans will be valid until the end of the second quarter of this year. We will publish more information on how to choose a plan in April, but you can already now find out more about the plans and the services they include.
