It is not always necessary to visit a bank branch, as you can now take care of your urgent business and financial matters via a video meeting. This innovative and convenient function saves your valuable time.

  • Where?

    In any place where it is convenient for you to communicate with the bank. The advisor is in a private room when talking to you and is fully focused on you. The new screen sharing feature makes sharing information with your client executive especially easy.

  • How?

    • With the special video solution available in the Internet Bank.
    • On workdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. upon prior registration.
    • Fill in the registration form and we will contact you to agree on a suitable time.

    • Easily – all you need is a computer, internet connection, a web camera, microphone, and your ID card, mobile ID or Smart-ID.
    • Securely – you are identified digitally and your data is protected. The bank advisor will help you in every step.

Opening business accounts

By a video meeting you can:

  • open a bank account for your company and sign bank service agreements;
  • sign documents;
  • ask about the bank services and products;
  • ask for assistance in founding the company in the e-Business register.


Meeting with your client executive

The new screen sharing function with the client executive makes your life especially convenient, as it is very easy to share information.

Contracts, graphs, and other information which contains a lot of details is conveniently in front of both parties. It is not always necessary to visit a bank branch.

You will need the following for a video meeting:

  • ID-card of the Republic of Estonia, mobile ID or qualified Smart-ID;
  • Web camera and microphone;
  • Web browsers Google Chrome (version 51 at least) or Mozilla Firefox (version 47 at least);
  • Operating system Windows 8, 10 or OS X 10 (the service is not yet available in tablets and smartphones).

Account opening via video meeting is available for Estonian residents.

Test whether you have everything required for the video meeting
