  2. Minutes and the registration sheet of the participants (according to the bank’s example) of the apartment association’s general meeting regarding the decision to take the loan
  3. Extract of the land register regarding apartment owners
  4. Annual report of the previous year
  5. Management plan indicating the loan applied for
  6. Report on apartment owners in debt
  7. Evidence/invoices from main service providers, indicating the absence of debt
  8. The building’s expert assessment or energy audit
  9. Price proposals for renovation works
  10. Construction notification, if necessary

1. Investment loan
- agreement conclusion 1% of the loan amount, min. EUR 200
- agreement amendment 1% of the remaining loan /limit, min EUR 200
2. Working capital loan
- agreement conclusion 1% of the loan amount, min. EUR 200

3. Overdraft
- agreement conclusion 1% of the loan amount, min. EUR 200

4. Start-up loan

  • Collateral is the apartment association’s claims against its members in terms of paying management fees.
