How will your internship look like?
You will devote ten weeks of your time for tasks at the chosen unit
- You’ll work at one of the SEB's units and address actual business challenges which will help you acquire professional skills
- You'll have a personal mentor to take care of your activities and development
- You'll collaborate with and learn from different experienced professionals
- You will find knowledge and inspiration in our virtual university SEB Campus, meet-ups with colleagues and internal employee events
You’ll take part in a hackathon, interactive workshops, and networking events where you’ll meet other interns and professionals.
- A hackathon, brainstorming sessions and various collaboration activities
- As a part of a intern team, you will shape the future banking by working internationally
- You will compete with other teams for the title of the best team
- Additionally, you’ll attend networking events with interns and colleagues and take part in job shadowing to learn about different banking areas.
Road to internship
- The application for the Youth LAB is open until March 1.
- In application you will need to add your CV and answer to some questions in written form.
- After receiving your application, we will carefully look through it and we will make an initial selection. Therefore, please take time to answer all the questions, add your CV and if you have cover letter, include this also.
- We might use Alva Labs psychometric tests as a tool in our candidate selection process.
- Successful candidates will be invited to interviews with hiring managers during February and March.
- After the interviews, we will be signing the contracts with the final candidates.
- The official opening event of the Youth LAB will take place on June 16.

- be willing to learn and develop
- be able to dedicate full workdays during the ten weeks (or more) in June, July and August If you have lectures or exams during June, part-time arrangements can be discussed
- have an opportunity to work from office. Some departments allow hybrid work, however, we are firm believers in the fact that on site, you learn much more
