QA expert in QA Competence center

Explore the professional world more deeply and join the SEB QA Competence Center Team that assists QA Specialists in working with documents and diagrams, consulting them on testing requirements and modeling, and providing internal training.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Providing test templates, instructions and best practices
  • Coaching teams test processes according to Agile principles
  • Practicing testing session in teams during agreed period
  • Progress evaluation of QA processes in teams (KPI’s, statistics)
  • Supporting and mentoring test tools usage

You’ll be the right fit if you have

  • Two or more years QA experience
  • Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience with automated testing tools
  • Experience in creating quality assurance strategies in teams working according to Agile principles
  • A constant drive for improvement
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team-centered mindset
  • Solid verbal and written skills in English

Data Steward in Customer Overview & Digital Enablers Tribe

Customer Overview & Digital Enablers tribe consists of Business and IT development professionals, responsible for building and maintaining solutions and processes supporting full customer lifecycle management as well as solutions used by Bank employees for servicing customers during remote or face-to-face meetings. We are looking for a for a constructive and analytical minded Data Steward to join us to take operational responsibility for defining, implementing and executing data management processes within the Master Data area for customer and generic product data.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support the SEB Information Governance model implementation and to develop corresponding ways of working to secure SEBs ambitions to become a data driven company
  • Define and document the scope of data area, by building the catalogue of data elements and maintaining a record of the mandatory business metadata, which includes common business terminology, validation rules and regulatory classifications
  • Drive and facilitate establishment of data quality controls and remediation processes. Analyse data quality issue root-causes and coordinate data gaps profiling, impact assessment and prioritization of remediation activities together with stakeholders
  • Test systems and data from a business perspective as part of larger transformations and continuous improvements
  • Build in–depth knowledge and work on visualization of data lifecycle from source to consumption. Secure that all processes within the lifecycle, such as creation, updating and deletion, are performed in line with regulatory standards and operational excellence to ensure trusted and seamless flow of data
  • Support data consumers and stakeholders with data insights for any type of development processes where data expertise is required

  • Experience in project management
