Our goal is to secure a durable society which requires a strong focus on supporting next generation of people and businesses. The social dimension of sustainability surrounds human rights, society, products and services as well as labour practices and decent work conditions. Thus we are following the policy of combining work and family life. We organise frequently different briefings for our employees, to ensure that they are informed of the activity and issues in our business. We have set up a playground for the kids of SEB employees; once a year we invite them to join their parents at work to give them the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of their parents. We consider in-service training of employees as very important from the sustainability viewpoint of a business.
