An e-invoice is a digital invoice that makes sending and receiving invoices much easier for the issuer and the recipient.

We are pleased that, in cooperation with the e-invoice operator Fitek, a new e-invoicing portal has been completed, which enables our business clients to use a modern and easy electronic invoicing system. According to Ragnar Toomla, head of the Open Banking unit of SEB Baltics, the partnership with Fitek enables us to offer our clients a wider range of services: ‘Adding invoice management to SEB’s Internet Bank enables clients of SEB to increase the efficiency of their company and reduce risks by digitising invoices. We believe that in cooperation with the best service providers, it is possible to offer clients clear and easy-to-use services.

Choose a plan that suits your needs

The solution is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to make the process of sending and receiving invoices more efficient.

You can choose between two plans to use the e-invoicing portal. The Basic plan is free of charge and includes the following options:

  • Sending invoices to other users of SEB’s invoicing portal and clients of Fitek as well as via e-mail
  • Submitting e-invoices to other European channels (PEPPOL, Verkkolasku)
  • Convenient payment of invoices in the Internet Bank
  • Long archiving period for issued and received invoices
  • During the summer, the option to submit e-invoices to SEB’s Internet Bank will be added to the plan*

The Premium plan includes all the above-mentioned features, but also allows you to:

  •  Submit invoices to the Internet Bank*
  • Use pre-filled forms for creating new invoices
  • During the summer, the option to submit XML files to the system and interface it with accounting systems will be added to the plan

By joining now, the Premium plan will be free of charge until 1 October 2020. After 1 October, the monthly fee for the Premium plan will be 7 euros.

* The fee for sending invoices to online banks of SEB and other banks is 0.24 euros + VAT per invoice.

How to subscribe to the portal?

As a business client of SEB, you can sign up for a plan for the e-invoice portal at the SEB Internet Bank for Business. You can conclude the agreement, start using the portal, and issue, receive, and archive invoices in one place.

If you are not a business client of SEB, you can conveniently create an account and conclude the required agreements via a video meeting.
