We shall send you the bankcard by post

  • You no longer have to pick up your card at a branch
  • You can even pick up your card when abroad
  • Cards will be quickly delivered to you even if the nearest branch is far away

To mail order a card in the Internet Bank, the account holder must be of legal age and have a valid Internet Bank agreement.

By mail, we send all replacement and extension cards of personal debit and credit cards for which a contract has been signed. To legal persons, we only mail automatically extended cards. Business client cards with any other form of issuance must be picked up at a branch.


PINs in paper format are not sent by mail

When ordering a bank card by mail, it is possible to see PINs in the Internet Bank after activating the card. To activate a card, click on the card activation reminder on the homepage of the Internet Bank or navigate to the card details menu and click on the 'Activate card' button next to the card.

When ordering a card to a branch, the PIN is added to the order in paper format. It is also possible to ask for PINs of cards ordered to a branch in the Internet Bank for private customers.

  • Registered mail in Estonia
  • Abroad by regular mail

The fee for sending a card by post depends on the selected method of delivery.
