Adding beneficiary’s address to payment orders

Important information for anyone making payments to Canada, Russia and Ukraine and / or making payments in Canadian dollars or Russian rubles.

Henceforth, it will become mandatory to add the beneficiary's address to the payment order in the following cases:

• From 3rd of June 2021 payments to Canada in any currency or payments in Canadian dollars (CAD) to any country may not be processed without beneficiary's address.

• From 1st of July 2021 payments to Russia or Ukraine in any currency, and/or payments in Russian rubles (RUB) to any country, may not be processed without beneficiary's address.

We will add the beneficiary's address field to the necessary payment order forms.

For companies using payment import from files is already possible and recommended to add the beneficiary’s address to the above-mentioned payment orders.
