Notice to SEB Technology Fund unitholders

We wish to inform you that the sub fund SEB Fund 3 – SEB Technology Fund will undergo some changes with respect to its investment strategy and policy as of 10 December 2020.

The reasoning behind the changes is to change the management of the fund from SEB Investment Management AB to global investment manager BlackRock. The investment process will stay the same.

Unitholders are not required to take action. However, if unitholders do not wish to continue investing in the sub-fund in its new form, they may redeem their units without being charged a redemption fee until 9 December 2020 14.00.
