SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Alternative Fixed Income liquidation decision

The Extraordinary General Meeting of SEB Investment Management AB was held on March 16, 2020 where was decided to put the sub fund SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Alternative Fixed Income into liquidation.
In current challenging environment, we will not be able to maintain funds investment strategy and therefore, liquidation is in the best interest of unitholders.

Transactions with SEB Alternative Fixed Income Fund shares were suspended on March 16, 2020. Investors are not able to buy, sell or switch their fund units as of this date.

Provided that no further transactions with SEB Alternative Fixed Income units can be done, AS SEB Pank is not able to continue services under fund saving agreements. All Alternative Fixed Income fund saving agreements are terminated as of March 25, 2020.

SEB Investment Management is planning to distribute reimbursement payments in mid-April. The net proceeds of the liquidation will be distributed to the investors proportionally to their rights.
