Liquidation of SEB deLuxe funds

SEB Investment Management AB has decided to liquidate the SEB deluxe umbrella fund, including the sub funds and their respective unit classes. The assets under management have not been sufficient to manage the sub funds efficiently and therefore, liquidation is in the best interest of unitholders.

Funds going into liquidation are:

SEB deLuxe Multi Asset Defensive
SEB deLuxe Multi Asset Defensive Plus
SEB deLuxe Multi Asset Balance

Therefore, transactions with SEB deLuxe sub funds was suspended on 5 December 2019. Investors are not able to buy, sell or switch their fund units as of this date.

Investors in SEB deluxe funds will be sent reimbursement payments that are related to the value of their investment at the time of liquidation. The distribution of reimbursement payments is planned will be carried out in December 2019.
