Public offering of Inbank AS bonds

The subscription period of the public offering of the bonds of Inbank AS lasts from 3 December at 10 a.m. to 13 December 2019 until 4 p.m. The subscription order can be submitted only at bank office.

Public offering of Inbank AS bonds is directed to all natural and legal persons in Estonia. A person is considered to be “in Estonia” if such person has a securities account with the Nasdaq CSD and their address that is registered in relation to the securities account is in Estonia, or in case of legal persons, they are registered with the Commercial Registry in Estonia. After the Company has confirmed the list of subscribers (including modifications of the quantity), the Nasdaq CSD will generate receive versus payment settlement instructions (transfer orders) on behalf of investors according to the subscription list by latest 18 December 2019 by 12 a.m.
