Public offering of Coop Pank AS shares
The subscription period of the public offering of the ordinary shares of Coop Pank AS lasts from 18 November at 10 a.m. to 29 November 2019 until 3.30 p.m.
Public offering of Coop Pank AS shares is directed to all natural and legal persons in Estonia. A person is considered to be “in Estonia” if such person has a securities account with the Nasdaq CSD and their address that is registered in relation to the securities account is in Estonia, or in case of legal persons, they are registered with the Commercial Registry in Estonia. In accordance with the prospectus, retail investors are ensured certain preferential allocation, for example, each investor taking part in the retail offering, should they submit their order before 22 November 4 p.m., will presumably have allocation of 5 000 shares. The subscription order can be submitted at a bank office and in the internet bank (Investments → Subscription).
After the Company has confirmed the list of subscribers (including modifications of the quantity), the Nasdaq CSD will generate receive versus payment settlement instructions (transfer orders) on behalf of investors according to the subscription list by latest 3 December 2019 by 5 p.m.
