Additional public offering of AS EfTEN Real Estate Fund III shares

The subscription period of the public offering of AS EfTEN Real Estate Fund III shares is 16 May at 9 a.m. to 31 May 2019 until 4 p.m.

Public offering of AS EfTEN Real Estate Fund III shares (ISIN EE3800046817) is directed to all natural and legal persons in Estonia. A person is considered to be “in Estonia” if such person has a securities account with the Nasdaq CSD. Persons, who hold the shares at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD on 7 May 2019, shall be entitled to subscribe for new shares in proportion to the sum of the nominal values of their shares.

The subscription order can be submitted at a bank office and in the internet bank (Investments→Subscription).

After the Company has confirmed the list of subscribers (including modifications of the quantity), the NCSD will generate receive versus payment settlement instructions (transfer orders) on behalf of investors according to the subscription list latest 05th June 2019 by 19 p.m.
