Artjom Sokolov to become a new management board member of SEB

Starting from 16 October, Artjom Sokolov will assume the office of the head of the Corporations and Institutions Area and become a member of the Management Board at SEB. The former head of the Corporates and Institutions Area, Eerika Vaikmäe-Koit, will continue as the head of Business Development in SEB Baltic division.

“I am pleased to welcome Artjom to SEB’s team. His experience as a top manager of several large corporates gives us a very good perspective outside of the banking industry. Artjom is a valued manager and his devoted work and ambition will most definitely contribute to SEB’s team,” said Allan Parik, Chairman of the Management Board at SEB when characterising the new member of the management board.

Artjom Sokolov has long-term experience as a top manager in the financial sector, having held different positions with the European Reconstruction and Development Bank, Swedbank and on the management boards of Estonian Cell and G4S.
