SEB offers consulting via video call

As of May, SEB will be offering pension, investment, savings and loan counselling by means of video call to their clients. The service, previously available for years only in our offices, is now fully accessible to all SEB clients, weather they are Estonian residents or those, living abroad.

“SEB’s video counselling service is intended for all of our clients who value time and convenience, as from now on they can contact their bank from their summer cottage, on the beach or an international airport during a layover. The only condition applicable to the meeting of the client and the bank is the client’s wish and the availability of Internet,” said Ainar Leppänen, Head of SEB Retail Banking and Technology Area, sharing his impressions of the service.

The innovation makes access to SEB’s services simpler and more convenient. The video meeting with a private client does not require the installation of additional software. An appointment for a video meeting can be made HERE and more can be read about the options available HERE
