Announcement on the liquidation of the UCITS funds
AS SEB Varahaldus (Registry code 10035169, seat and postal address Tornimäe 2, 15010 Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) hereby announces the liquidation of the following funds: SEB Kasvufond, SEB Aktiivne Fondifond, SEB Dünaamiline Fondifond, SEB Tasakaalukas Fondifond.
AS SEB Varahaldus (Registry code 10035169, seat and postal address Tornimäe 2, 15010 Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) hereby announces the liquidation of the following funds.
- SEB Kasvufond
- SEB Aktiivne Fondifond
- SEB Dünaamiline Fondifond
- SEB Tasakaalukas Fondifond
The depositary of the fund is AS SEB Pank.
The Financial Supervision Authority issued a liquidation permission with its decisions No. 4.1-1/190, 4.1-1/191, 4.1-1/192 ja 4.1-1/193, of 12 December 2016.
Liquidation proceedings will commence on the day following the publication of this announcement. We ask the creditors of the funds to file their claims against the fund the latest by 20 February 2017 (included).
Please send the digitally signed creditors’ claims and other petitions in regard to the liquidation of the funds to fondid@seb.ee or by registered mail to the postal address of AS SEB Varahaldus.
Once all liquidation acts have been performed, the supervisory board of the management company shall approve the final balance sheet and a plan for distribution of the assets of each fund. The management company shall publish a notice concerning the distribution of the assets subject to distribution in the daily newspaper Eesti Päevaleht and on its website at http://www.seb.ee/eng/savings-and-investments/investments/investment-funds.
Fund unit-holders do not have to take any additional action.
