SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus will be changing the terms and conditions

AS SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus will be changing the general terms and conditions, SEB Loan Protection terms and conditions, and terms and conditions of extra insurance covers for Loan Protection insurance. The amendments shall take effect on 1 January 2017 and apply to all insurance agreements valid at that moment.

In case a client does not agree with the amendments, they may terminate the agreement concluded with SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus by notifying SEB Elu- ja Pensionikindlustus thereof by 31 December 2016 at the latest. If a client has not notified of their wish to terminate their agreement, they shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments and the amended terms and conditions shall apply to their concluded agreement(s) as of 1 January 2017.
